Meet Tabby
Writer. Speaker. Coach.
Advocate for women’s voices.
My mission
My mission is to empower purpose-driven women to find their voice and rise as visible, sought-after speakers and thought leaders—leading not from the patriarchal mold, but from a new, feminine paradigm rooted in truth, compassion, and justice.
Because I believe this:
When more women lead, we create the conditions for a more just and thriving world.
I’m here to help you rise and lead the change.
But I didn’t always know how to use my voice.
Early in my career as a journalist, an editor asked me to “put more of myself and my voice into the story.” I remember freezing at this request—not because I didn’t want to do it, but because I realized I wasn’t even sure what my true voice was.
Like many women, I had been taught to be agreeable and to avoid being too outspoken. I was hesitant to take a stand, uncertain about voicing my opinions, and afraid of getting it “wrong.” Even with a strong resume—a degree in Government, and professional roles with the Women’s Campaign Fund, CNN, and the National Geographic Society—I hadn’t yet learned how to speak from me. That question from my editor sparked a deeper journey—one that took me across the world and deep into the feminine, where I began to reclaim my voice and discover the power it holds.
Reclaiming my voice
I spent the greater part of two years traveling across Southeast Asia, Nepal, and India. I studied with the Dalai Lama. Sat in silent meditation retreats. Hiked in the Himalayas. Taught yoga to Tibetan refugees. And in that quiet, I found something powerful: the voice of the feminine—wise, grounded, expressive, and free.
Immersing myself in the Hindu and Tibetan traditions during these travels opened me to a whole new world—one where feminine energy was honored, celebrated, and revered. This was unlike anything I had encountered growing up in the Western world, where feminine power was often overlooked, dismissed, or misunderstood.
It was during this time that I first encountered the goddess Tara—known as the Mother of all Buddhas and the most beloved feminine deity of Tibetan Buddhism. Her presence reawakened something deep within me. I knew I wanted to carry that essence forward—into my life, my work, and into a new way of leading for women everywhere.
How I help women rise
Today, I help women step into public visibility and become the recognized voices they are meant to be—as speakers, thought leaders, podcast hosts, writers, and more.
Rooted in feminine wisdom, my approach blends strategy, presence, and soulful guidance. Whether you’re just beginning to articulate your message or stepping into a new level of your leadership, I’ll meet you where you are—with both practical tools and deep, compassionate support.
Through my private mentorships and group coaching programs, I help women:
• Discover and embody their unique voice
• Clarify their core message and mission
• Develop their signature talk and speaking platform
• Move through fears of visibility and self-doubt
• Begin shaping and sharing their body of work
• Get paid to speak and lead workshops
• Launch their podcast or write their non-fiction book
• Become sought-after speakers, authors, and thought leaders
Everything I teach is grounded in feminine wisdom, storytelling, and embodied leadership—guiding women to lead with presence, authenticity, and purpose.
